We have years of experience assisting businesses in effectively implementing Reconciliation Action Plans and Aboriginal Participation Plans that are made real with measurable actions.
Not only can we assist businesses with their plans, we can help them source Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff across various industries including construction, administration, IT, arts and entertainment.
We provide a strong connection to communities to enable authentic economic and social development on cooperation with non-Indigenous businesses and government agencies.
We believe in the power of transforming communities by working with employers to create remote employment arrangements with employees from regional and remote communities. This way, people can remain in their communities and continue to re-invest their salaries whilst growing the communities they belong to.
