He is a serial entrepreneur as the founder of Reality Dreaming and he is a tech-innovation leader for one of the worlds most successful Systems Integrators/Managed Services suppliers.

Simon is a radical neurodivergent thinker and his superpower allows him to easily identify future trends in tech and build strategies to capititalise on emerging technologies. He is a true innovator, with a proven skill to identify and develop new business models and strategies.

A proud member of the Gundangara People, Josh is proud to lead the way in creating pathways for Indigenous Technologists into the ICT Sector.

Josh is an engineer by trade and is also the founder of Quality Quantity engineering, a Supply Nation engineering consultancy.

Josh is passionate about using tech-for good and is focussed on making Project Leap a successful long-term outcome as his legacy.

Elizabeth is an esteemed Indigenous educator and dancer hailing from Wardandi Noongar country. 

With a deep connection to her ancestral roots, Elizabeth embraces her Indigenous heritage and channels her passion for teaching and dancing to inspire others and promote cultural understanding.

Growing up as an Anglo-Indian Brit, Matt was surrounded by an eclectic mix of urban, sporting and underground culture. As an accomplished product innovation consultant, Matt leads DEI&B initiatives, creating inclusive workplaces through Design Thinking, and Product Management expertise, and ensuring ethically responsible, technologically advanced digital products.

Systems Thinker

Chris is a digital age systems, technology and innovation thought leader,  Industry Fellow, Institute of Sustainable Futures, University of Technology Sydney, and Honorary Adjunct Professor of Computing and Information Systems with University of Tasmania. Chris has has held various ICT Strategy, Chief Information Officer (CIO), Deputy Secretary and Senior Executive roles. 

Chris provides Alliance ICT with advisory regarding socio-economic development, digital inclusion and empowerment for regional, rural communities. He is also an expert in applying complex adaptive systems and systems-thinking approaches to real world challenges, Pacific Islands digital empowerment advocacy and mentoring,  and Environmental, Social & Governance thought leadership and systems design.

Erlene is a seasoned leader and strategist with over 14 years of experience in financial services, driving change in complex and dynamic environments. She has successfully led and managed teams across different regions and functions while located in Amsterdam, New York and Sydney. 

Erlene is passionate about creating meaningful social impact, driven by continuous improvement, empathy-led leadership, and a desire to make a difference. Backed by a strong background in human rights and law, she provides Alliance ICT with guidance on advocating for the rights of underprivileged communities and enhancing diversity within organisations.
